My office’s philosophy is simple, to provide quality bankruptcy legal services at a reasonable price. As a specialist in consumer bankruptcy in Michigan, I limit my practice only to bankruptcy matters with primary focus on individuals and married couples with consumer or small business related debt.  Over the past 30+ years of my career, I have successfully represented thousands of clients discharge millions of dollars in debt in the United States Bankruptcy Courts of Michigan.  In addition to being a Board Certified Bankruptcy attorney, I am licensed to practice in both the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Michigan. My office strives to maintain close client contact and to provide all clients with personal, attentive service. We encourage our clients to stay in touch via phone calls, emails or in office appointments. We have same day appointments available and have walk-in hours everyday at the main office in Royal Oak. I attend and am a frequent lecturer or presenter at various bankruptcy seminars, conferences and workshop so that I can maintain the level of quality bankruptcy representation to my clients that they have come to expect from my firm.

My office offers free bankruptcy evaluations either over the phone or in person. My Detroit bankruptcy office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and is located just one-block away from the United States Bankruptcy Court in Detroit Michigan so that we can best serve our clients. Because my office is so close to the bankruptcy court, we can run to the courthouse at a moments notice and file your bankruptcy on the same day in cases of an emergency such as to stop a garnishment, foreclosure, asset seizure, car repossession or wage garnishment. My satellite Royal Oak bankruptcy office is located at 30448 Woodward Avenue, Royal Oak, MI and is available by appointment only.

I understand that for most of my clients, coming to see me to talk about bankruptcy is a last resort.
